APPROVAL, AND FOR ALLOWANCE OF CONSERVATOR’S AND ATTORNEY’S FEES
TENTATIVE RULING: GRANT petition, including fees as prayed. After a review of the matter, the Court finds the conservator is acting in the best interest of the conservatee. The conservator shall file a petition to establish the residence of the conservatee out of state as well as a request to transfer the proceedings to Nye County, Nevada, by January 15, 2020. A status review hearing as to the filing of that petition is set for January 15, 2020, at 8:30 a.m. in Dept. B. The clerk is directed to send notice to the parties.
