Plaintiff Harbor Recuperative Care, LLC also purchased certain assets within the building.
October 1, 2017, Defendant Hope of the Valley commenced a one-year lease of the premises from Area J, LLC. Defendant Ken Craft executed the lease as chief executive officer and president of Hope of the Valley.
