On July 5, 2018 plaintiff filed a complaint for quiet title and declaratory relief against defendants related to a claim to an easement to use a bridge and driveway in order to enter and leave the plaintiff’s property. Plaintiff alleged he was in the process of obtaining approvals for and then constructing an alternative bridge over the creek that runs over both properties in order to provide the Nygaard property its own access to the home on the Nygaard property without plaintiff having to use the existing bridge and driveway easement.
