Defendant/Cross-Defendant Archer Building Co., Inc. has agreed to pay $9,000 in settlement of plaintiff’s claims. Any party to an action in which it is alleged that two or more parties are joint tortfeasors is entitled to a court hearing on the issue of the good faith of a settlement between the plaintiff and one or more of the alleged tortfeasors. (Code of Civil Procedure, § 877.6(a)(1).) The application shall indicate the settling parties, and the basis, terms, and amount of the settlement.
