According to a "general plan" filed June 25, 2008, conservatee was the recipient of an annual annuity in approximately $23,352. This payment is in excess of the statutory Probate Code §2628 threshold for accounting waiver. There are also allegations in the file of financial elder abuse charges filed at one point against the conservator, which raise some concern.
The court requests conservatee's counsel's to make inquiry of all assets being received by the conservator.The payor of the annuity appears to be Monumental Life Insurance Company, which the court believes may now known as Transamerica Premier Life Insurance Company.
