* TENTATIVE RULING: *
For the reasons set forth below, Plaintiff’s motion to compel supplementary responses is DENIED WITH PREJUDICE. Plaintiff’s motion for sanctions is DENIED. Defendant’s motion for sanctions is GRANTED.
Since the last hearing, Plaintiff has filed a number of additional documents with the court. On February 8 the Court received from Plaintiff two similar documents entitled: “Summary of Hearing 1-11-2021, email filed to Dept. 36 before hearing 1.11.21”; and “Summary of Hearing 2-1-2021, emails filed to Dept. 36 before hearing 2.1.21” This court notes that these documents do not accurately reflect the proceedings before the court. Plaintiff has filed multiple “proposed orders” with the Court which do not reflect the Court’s Orders. Plaintiff is reminded that the prevailing party is to file and serve any orders of this Court.
