Before the Court is the Motion Pursuant to California Rules of Court, rules 2.550 and 2.551 for Sealing of Portions of Complaint and Attached Exhibits to Protect Confidentiality filed by Frank Michael Verlander, Jr. and Janet C. Verlander, as trustees of the Verlander Family Trust, U/T/A 3/25/92 (“Plaintiffs”). The Motion is unopposed by Defendants. However, for a motion to seal, the opposition is really the people of the State of California and their interest in an open and transparent judicial system.
