* TENTATIVE RULING: *
Plaintiff’s motion to compel production of documents and privilege log is denied. The Court has reviewed the extensive file and the comprehensive recommendations of Discovery Facilitator John Warnlof. The Court agrees with Mr. Warnlof’s assessments and adopts his findings.
The defense complied with Mr. Warnlof’s recommendations, supplementing additional responses and advising plaintiff that no documents, apart from those in counsel’s own file, were being withheld based on privilege. The discovery requests that plaintiff continues to pursue are, in general, vague, ambiguous and overbroad. Plaintiff’s request for sanctions is denied.
