On November 25, 2002, Plaintiff Ronald Dinan dba Ronald Dinan & Associates obtained a judgment against defendant Eric Gabriel Barela (“Defendant”) in the amount of $6,665.17 (the “Judgment”). Plaintiff subsequently assigned the Judgment to Gary E. Looney dba Collectronics of California (“Judgment Creditor”). The judgment was renewed on August 24, 2012, and December 11, 2019. This matter is on calendar for Judgment Creditor’s motion to compel Defendant Eric Gabriel Barela to respond to post-judgment requests for production of documents (“RPODs”) and post-judgment form interrogatories (“FIs”) and for monetary sanctions.
