The Motion is GRANTED. Kaiser is to provide all medical records from July 3, 2008 to July 30, 2018.
The issue before the court is a practical one: how to get the records from Kaiser to the defendant. Kaiser raises a valid objection noting its record clerks are not medical clinicians and cannot discern what part of a medical record is related to a certain body part or symptom. (Oppo. Dec.Calhoun ¶¶ 3-4.) In light of the institutional limitations of Kaiser’s record keeping, compliance is ordered.
