Judgment Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP Motion for Assignment Order and Restraining Order is GRANTED AS TO JUDGMENT DEBTOR’S INTEREST OR RIGHT TO PAYMENT FROM DOUGLAS ELLIMAN OF CALIFORNIA, INC. THE MOTION IS DENIED AS TO JUDGMENT DEBTOR’S INTEREST OR RIGHT TO PAYMENT FROM UNNAMED THIRD PARTIES.

ANALYSIS:

Plaintiff / Judgment Creditor Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP (“Judgment Creditor”) obtained a default judgment against Defendant / Judgment Debtor Andreas Elsenhans (“Judgment Debtor”) on July 15, 2018 in the total amount of $15,855.09. On March 12, 2020, Judgment Creditor filed the instant motion for assignment order and restraining order. To date, no opposition has been filed.
