Citi on Camelback Condominium Association’s Motion for Award of Attorney Fees and Costs
is GRANTED IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,950.00 IN ATTORNEY FEES AND $973.03 IN COSTS.

ANALYSIS: On November 16, 2011, the Arcadia Biltmore Justice Court, in the State of Arizona entered judgment in favor of Plaintiff Citi on Camelback Condominium Association (“Plaintiff”) and against Defendants William J. Miscione and Diane T. Miscione (“Defendants”). Pursuant to Plaintiff’s Application for Entry of Sister State Judgment, on November 21, 2016, this court entered judgment against Defendants in the amount of $9,816.90.

On February 1, 2018, Plaintiff filed a Motion for Award of Attorney’s Fees and Costs, which the Court granted on March 5, 2018 in the amount of $4,354.50. The Co….....
