Plaintiff Chuan Jun Li (“Plaintiff”) alleges as follows: On or about June 24, 2016, Plaintiff, as tenant, and Defendant Qi Zhao (“Defendant”), as landlord, entered into an agreement for the rental of the real property located at 2769 Clear Creek Lane, Diamond Bar, CA 91765 (“Premises”). Plaintiff lived at the Premises from June 16, 2016-June 2017. The Premises had habitability issues.
