Plaintiff Gene Ronald Weihe (“plaintiff”) alleges that Catherine Welch (“Catherine”) made an employment agreement with him, wherein they agreed that plaintiff would care for Catherine and be compensated at $15/hour. Plaintiff claims that he worked from about 2/4/17 through 5/6/17, but never received payment. The complaint, filed 7/26/18, asserts causes of action against Defendants Raymond Lee Welch, Jr., as Executor of the Estate of Catherine Welch and Does 1-50 for:

Defendant Raymond Lee Welch, Jr., as Executor of the Estate of Catherine Welch (“defendant”), demurs, per CCP § 430.10(e), to the first through third causes of action in Plaintiff Gene Ronald Weihe’s complaint.
