Plaintiff alleges that it was induced to move its brewery and distribution business from El Monte to the City of Industry (“City”) in 2011, based on promises from the City that it would be allowed to purchase a property suitable for its growing business, 19835 E. Walnut Dr. N., City of Industry (“Subject Property”), with financing for same provided by the City. Plaintiff claims that after it had spent over $500,000.00 on its move to the Subject Property and had signed a leas
