These cases all arise out of the receivership and liquidation proceeding of Riverstone Capital, LLC and its affiliates (collectively, “Riverstone”) in Acosta v. Riverstone Capital, LLC, et al., Case No. 19-CV-778-MWF (MAAx) in the United States District Court for the Central District of California (the “Riverstone Liquidation). The plaintiff in the Riverstone Liquidation is the Secretary of Labor, Alexandra Acosta.
