Plaintiff's unopposed Motion for Post-Judgment Attorneys' Fees is denied, without prejudice. It is not clear to the court that Defendants were properly served with notice of this hearing. The Stipulation for Entry of Judgment signed by the parties in July 2006 states that all notices shall be mailed to Defendants at an address in Redlands, CA. Plaintiff has served the instant motion by mailing it to Defendants at an address in Warm Springs, Virginia. Since the motion is unopposed, it is unclear that Defendants were served at the proper address or received proper notice of this hearing. Plaintiff has failed to show the claimed attorneys' fees are reasonable and necessary, as required by Code of Civil Procedure section 685.080(b). The Declaration of Michael K. Murray makes no representation regarding the reasonableness or necessity of the claimed fees. There is also no evidence submitted in support of the reasonableness of the billing rates being charged by the attorneys. Moreover, it is
