PREGRANT ORDER
The courtroom will be open on March 10, 2021. However, because of emergency orders and public health directives due to the COVID-19 pandemic, neither counsel nor petitioner need appear in person. Counsel for petitioner will receive an invitation to attend court remotely via Zoom, and is encouraged to accept that invitation. Counsel may forward that invitation to petitioner and any other interested party who may also appear remotely. The Zoom based calendar is intended to facilitate continued case management while shelter in place, social distancing and other pandemic related guidelines, directives and orders are in effect.
The court on its own motion continues the hearing to April 19, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. in Department 22. Pending the continued hearing, the petitioner shall address the following issues:
