Petition to Approve Compromise of Disputed Claim of Minor PREGRANT ORDER
The court has reviewed the supplement filed February 20, 2020 and grants the petition as amended. The petitioners request for reimbursement is withdrawn. The amount will increase the funds to be paid to the minor in the amount of $5,648.30. The revised amount to be paid to the minor and deposited into a blocked account is now a total of $65,220.00. This amount shall be deposited into Travis Credit Union, 2020 Harbison Drive, Vacaville, California. Proof of deposit is to be filed with the court by the next court date. If proof is filed with the court prior to this date, the court will vacate the hearing.
The court sets a status review hearing for April 30, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. in Department 22 for status of the deposit of the minor’s funds into a blocked account at Travis Credit Union.
