Petition for Instructions (Probate Code §17200) filed by Cheri L. Lee Beneficiary, Remainder Beneficiary and Objector Natasha Blume’s Objection to Petitioner Cheri L. Lee’s Petition for Instructions PREGRANT ORDER
The courtroom will be open on February 23, 2021. However, because of emergency orders and public health directives due to the COVID-19 pandemic, neither counsel nor petitioner need appear in person.
