Tentative Ruling: Appearance required. Respondent has two outstanding Requests for Order to terminate visitations with the Grandmother Melanie Holloway. The Court has reviewed the Requests and opposition filed by the parties and notes that the allegations stated by Respondent as to the firearm, improper use of medications and the child being unsupervised during visits have all previously been considered by the Courts in previous filings by Respondent in this case. The Court tentatively rules that as to both Requests by Respondent, they both allege the same grounds previously addressed in earlier filings in this case and therefore, he has not made a persuasive and sufficient showing of new changed circumstances affecting this child to justify a modification of the prior order for grandparent visitation. The Court tentatively denies both the Respondent’s Requests filed on November 28, 2019, and December 11, 2019, on that basis.
