Specifically, Plaintiff alleges that it manufactured and delivered guitars to Defendants, and Defendants failed to pay the $268,087.10 due and owing upon delivery. Legator field a cross action against Plaintiff and Cross-Defendant Bok Chun Kim (“Kim” and together with Plaintiff the “Cross-Defendants”) alleging that Cross-Defendants delivered defective guitars, ultimately incurring additional expenses in repairing the defects.
