Plaintiff Gabriela Cabrera alleges that at all times mentioned she could not walk and was confined to a wheelchair, and that while patronizing public accommodations, a restaurant in Burbank operated by defendant Einstein and Noah Corp., plaintiff encountered an architectural barrier within the facility in the form of a straw and lid dispenser which she was unable to reach, as the dispensers were placed out of plaintiff’s reach and the countertop on which they were located did not provide the proper knee clearance.
