DISCUSSION:
This case arises from the Plaintiff’s claim that the Defendants breached an agreement to provide immigration services to the Plaintiff when the Defendants failed to prepare immigration petitions. The Plaintiff also claims that the Defendants breached an agreement to transfer 51% interest in the Defendants’ LLC to the Plaintiff because after the Plaintiff paid $218,000, the Defendants did not transfer the interest.
On April 27, 2017, the Court granted the Defendants’ motion to compel arbitration and stayed the action pending the outcome of the arbitration
