DISCUSSION:
This cases arises from the Plaintiff’s claim that the apartment she was leasing from the Defendants was made uninhabitable because of construction to replace common areas and a patio. The Defendants filed a Cross-Complaint for breach of contract. After a jury trial, the jury rendered a verdict in favor of the Plaintiff and against the Defendants on the Complaint and the Cross-Complaint. The jury awarded $9,800 to the Plaintiff on one cause of a........
