The instant action arises from a claim of fraud, conversion, and violation of Bus. & Prof. Code §17200 in Defendants Turbo Credit Solutions, Inc. (“Turbo”); Mansk Payaslyan a/k/a Mike Payaslyan (“Payaslyan”); Dian Khodadian (“Khodadian”); and A & D Credit Repair Solution (“A&D”), both as an entity and as alter ego of Payaslyan and Khodadadian (together the “Defendants”). Plaintiff Rafik Ayvazian (“Plaintiff”) alleged that Defendants would assist them in satisfying a judgment for certain fees, but then failed to perfom.
Plaintiff filed the Complaint on June 13, 2014, alleging three causes of action sounding in (1) Fraud, (2) Conversion, and (3) Violation of Bus. & Prof. Code §17200. The Defendants defaulted and judgment was entered
