California Receivership Group, PBC’s (“Receiver”) motion for an order authorizing an increase
in the amount of the receiver’s certificate to cover additional costs is DENIED WITHOUT
PREJUDICE. The evidence submitted by Receiver lacks sufficient clarity and detail to enable
the Court to determine what compromises the amount sought in the increased receiver’s
certificate.
If no hearing is requested, this tentative ruling is effective immediately. No formal order
pursuant to California Rule of Court 3.1312 or further notice is required.
