Plaintiff Steven Galvan’s unopposed motion to compel responses to form interrogatories, set one
and request for production of documents, set one from defendants Sergey Tyulyu, Emiliya
Tyulyu, and Eviya Tyulyu is GRANTED. (Code Civ. Proc., §§ 2030.290, subd. (b), 2031.300,
subd. (b).) Defendants shall serve verified answers to the form interrogatories and request for
production of documents, together with all responsive documents, without objections, by August
10, 2017.
Plaintiff’s unopposed request for monetary sanctions against defendants is GRANTED IN
PART in the amount of $1,250.00. (Code Civ. Proc., §§ 2023.010 et seq., 2030.290, subd. (c),
2031.300, subd. (c); Decl. of Daniel D. Castillo, ¶ 19.) Sanctions are not granted for time not
yet incurred. Defendants, jointly and severally, shall pay the monetary sanctions to plaintiff by
August 10, 2017.
The notice of motion does not correctly provide notice of this Court’s tentative ruling system as
