Plaintiffs, Allen and Rose Nelson, individually and as successors-in-interest to Brandon Nelson, filed this action against Defendants, Tonmoy Sharma, Dual Diagnosis Treatment Center, Inc., and Invictus Health Group, LLC for damages arising out of Brandon’s suicide while at Defendants’ facility.
