On February 10, 2021, the court entered a TRO enjoining a foreclosure sale of the subject property. The TRO was dissolved on February 26, 2021. On March 10, 2021, the court issued another TRO, setting the hearing for Plaintiffs’ motion for preliminary injunction for March 24, 2021.
