Facts
This is a wrongful death action brought by Eric and Dayna Quanbeck for the death of their son who died after a fence at Mark Day School fell on him on December 19, 2019. (Quanbeck Complaint (hereinafier “Comp,”) 11s 10-12,) Coggins Fence & Supply (hereinafter CFS”) installed the fence in question. (Comp. 113 17-20.) On April 28, 2020, Mark Day School (hereinafter “MDS”) served Form Interrogatories, Set One, Special Interrogatories, Set One, and Request for Production of Documents, Set One, on CFS. (See Pal-do Decl.exhibits AvC.) Incomplete and unverified responses were provided by CFS on June 11, 2020. (See Pardo Decl. exhibits D-F.)
