RULING
First, as a threshold matter, in Plaintiff‘s Reply to the Opposition there are documents attached which contain the unredacted social security numbers of third parties: This is improper.
California Rules of Court, Rule 1201 provides that it is the responsibility of the filer to redact all but the last four digits. Plaintiff‘s Counsel is ordered to submit an Order directly to the Court with redacted copies to be substituted for the filed copies. Plaintiff s Counsel shall also provide notice of their error to the individuals affected, along with a copy of this order.
With respect to Plaintiffs Motion for Terminating Sanctions, Striking Defendant’s Answer and Entering Default as well as Plaintiff s request for Monetary Sanctions, the hearing on that Motion is continued to
