RULING
Plaintiff Melidonis moves for an order granting an interval of fewer than 30 days prior to trial for the hearing on her motion for summary adjudication, or in the alternative, a two-week continuance of the trial presently set for June I, 2021.
Defendants’ request for judicial notice is granted
Having considered the moving papers in this matter, the court finds good cause to grant Plaintiff‘s request for an interval of fewer than 30 days prior to trial for the hearing on her motion for summary adjudication (Robinson v. Woods (2008) 168 Cal.App.4‘l1 1258, 1268; see Code Civ. Proc § 487e, subd. (21),) That hearing will remain as set on May 12, 2021 at 1:30 pm. in Department Bi The trial date of June 15, 2021 remains as set as well.
