NATURE OF PROCEEDINGS: MOTION TO WITHDRAW 7 AS COUNSEL [PLTF] MARIA DEL CARMEN REYES-HERNANDEZ

On February 28, 2020 counsel for Plaintiff appeared in this action and informed the court that he intended to file a motion to withdraw as counsel The court set a hearing for March 24, 2020. The hearing was subsequently continued on two occasions in response to administrative orders of the court.
No motion to withdraw has been filed or submitted, Accordingly the hearing is VACATED, No later than June 17, 2020, counsel for Plaintiff shall file and serve a declaration providing the court with the status of his representation of Plaintiff in this case.
The parties are ordered to appear (telephonically) for a case management conference on June 23, 2020 at 9 a.m. to inform the court as to the status of discovery, settlement efforts, and when this matter would be ready for trial.
