On November 1, 2018 the Court heard oral argument from the parties on the motion of Defendants Mega Card Solutions Inc. (“Mega”) and Nack Kyung Chung to vacate a sister-state judgment or, in the alternative, to stay its enforcement. The Court granted Plaintiff Bloomfield Merchant Services LLC’s request for supplemental briefing: the matter was continued to this hearing date, Plaintiff was ordered to file any sur-reply no later than November 16, 2018, and Defendants were to file any response thereto no later than November 21, 2018. Conformed courtesy copies were ordered to be lodged directly in Department 1.
To date, this Court has not received a conformed courtesy copy of the sur-reply, nor does the court record reflect that Plaintiff filed a sur-reply prior to the above-noted November 16, 2018 deadline, although the Court did receive from Defendants a conformed courtesy copy of a timely response thereto.
