Petitioner David Tomlin (“Tomlin”) moves the court for an order requiring Respondents City of Beverly Hills (“City”) and Sandra Spagnoli (“Spagnoli”), in her official capacity as City Chief of Police (“Police Chief”)(collectively, “City”), to comply with the writ. Tomlin and the City each also move to strike the opposing Memorandum of Costs in its entirety. Tomlin alternatively moves to tax the costs claimed by the City.
