Pursuant to the court’s direction, each of Petitioner Redondo Beach Waterfront, LLC (“RBW”), Respondent City of Redondo Beach (“City”), and Intervenors Building a Better Redondo (“BBR”), Wayne Craig, and Martin F. Holmes (collectively, “BBR”) seeks a determination that they are a successful party for purposes of awarding private attorney general fees under Code of Civil Procedure section 1021.5.
