On July 19, 2016, Petitioners – former members of the Board of Directors of Respondent Hanin – filed a verified petition for writ of traditional mandate, and declaratory relief. Petitioners allege that Respondents improperly removed them from the Hanin Board. Petitioners allege that Respondents distributed inaccurate minutes of the June 26, 2016 Board meeting to legitimize the removals of Petitioners. (Pet. ¶¶ 26-27.)
