The court intends to approve the petition with ordinary attorney's fees and administrator compensation of $15,732.18. However, extraordinary attorney's fees will not be approved unless counsel submits billing showing a separate itemization of ordinary services performed that exceeds the ordinary compensation. This Court follows Estate of Hilton (1996) 44 Cal.App.4th 890, 912-913. Counsel may continue the matter if a supplement regarding the fees will not be available for the hearing.
