STATEMENT OF MATERIAL FACTS AND/OR PROCEEDINGS:
Plaintiffs alleged that Plaintiff Frontline had obtained a judgment against Defendants and Plaintiff Olmo was seeking damages against them, but Defendants fraudulently transferred their assets to other entities to shield their assets from Plaintiffs’ actual and potential judgments against them.
Plaintiffs move for (1) an assignment of Defendants’ interests in rental payments from a real property; and (2) a TRO barring Defendants from transferring or disposing of their interest in those rental payments.
