Zuniga (“Plaintiff”) commenced this action against Defendants Tianello, Inc. (“Tianello”) and Steven Barraza (“Barraza”) (collectively, “Defendants”) on August 21, 2018. The Complaint asserts causes of action for (1) failure to reasonably accommodate, (2) failure to engage in a good-faith interactive process, (3) discrimination, (4) failure to prevent discrimination, (5) intentional infliction of emotional distress, (6) failure to pay overtime, (7) unfair business practices, and (8) wrongful discharge in violation of public policy.
