BACKGROUND:
This action arises out of an incident that occurred on July 6, 2017 at or around 3:00 pm at an apartment complex located at 5179 Fountain Avenue, Unit #7 in Los Angeles, California. Plaintiff Artur Manukyan alleges that he was taking a shower when the ceiling collapsed on his head, which was made up of drywall and bricks. As a result of the accident, Plaintiff is alleging he suffered from head, neck, ear, eye, back, and shoulder pain.
