Having considered the moving and opposing papers, the Court rules as follows. No reply papers were filed.
BACKGROUND
On July 23, 2018, Plaintiff Dekel Zelig (“Plaintiff”) filed a complaint against Defendant Southern California Environmental, Inc. The Plaintiff alleges negligence and premises liability in the complaint arising from a negligently positioned dumpster in driving lanes that caused injuries on March 2, 2018.
On May 30, 2019, Defendant/Cross-Complainant Southern California Environmental, Inc. filed a cross-complaint against Cross-Defendant Maxi Serve Restoration and Construction alleging breach of contract and seeking equitable and express indemnity, contribution, and declaratory relief.
On October 2, 2019, Defendant/Cross-Complainant Southern California Environmental, Inc. filed a first amended cross-complaint.
On February 28, 2020, the Court granted Defendant/Cross-Complainant Southern California Environmental, Inc.’s motion for summary judg
