Plaintiff, Hasmig Lisa Nalbandian filed this action against Defendants, Gabriyel Agazaryan, et al. for damages arising out of an automobile accident. At this time, Plaintiff seeks leave to file an amended complaint. By way of the amendment, she seeks to (a) correct the name of one of the defendants, (b) delete one of the defendants from the action, (c) add an additional defendant in the action, and (d) make other necessary changes to effectuate the foregoing changes.
