Plaintiffs Dean Delis, Margaret Delis, Drew Delis, Delakis LP, and DMD Investments LLC’s motion for an order to show cause re: contempt against Defendant Brad Wiedmann is GRANTED.

On June 27, 2018, Plaintiffs Dean Delis, Margaret Delis, Drew Delis, Delakis LP, and DMD Investments LLC brought the instant fraud suit against Defendants. The operative Second Amended Complaint (“SAC”) brings allegations of a fraudulent real estate investment scheme, wherein defendants defrauded Plaintiffs out of millions of dollars. The SAC brings twenty-seven causes of action, including various counts of conspiracy to defraud, fraud, securities fraud, conversion, fraudulent conveyance, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of written contract, elder abuse, professional negligence, and accounting.

On September 2, 2020, the Court ordered Wiedmann to respond to Plaintiffs’ Request for Production of Documents, Set One (the “RFPs”) and pay sanctions. On October 7, 2020, the Court similarly ordered Wiedmann respond
