Background:
On June 21, 2018, Plaintiff Yesha Crathin (“Plaintiff”) commenced this action against Defendants California Post-Acute Care, LLC (“CPAC”), CPEhr, Inc. (“CPEhr”), and Jonah Bagsic (“Bagsic”). CPAC was served with the complaint on July 19, 2018. CPEhr was served with the complaint on June 27, 2018.
The complaint alleges twelve causes of action arising from Plaintiff’s employment. As alleged in the complaint, Plaintiff was hired by CPAC and CPEhr to work at their location in Lynwood, California.
