Plaintiff seeks judgment in the total amount of $282,924.25, comprising $150,000 in special damages, $46,800 in general damages, $4,779 in pre-judgment interest, $5,095.25 in costs, and $76,250 in attorney fees.
The Court finds that Plaintiff has sufficiently supported her request with the submitted declarations and evidence. Therefore, Plaintiff’s request is granted, and the Court has signed the judgment. No appearance at the hearing is necessary.
