Defendants' ex parte is denied. In light of the ongoing situation with the court, there will be sufficient time for the sought after relief to be had my noticed motion (i.e, April 6, 2020). In light of the need to avoid people being in the presence of others, the court is vacating the current trial date and setting a May 13, 2020 Trial Setting Conference (10:00 a.m., Dept. 28). (The court will be sending separate notice of the order doing so.) Accordingly, there is no need to shorten time for notice and hearing of Defendants' proposed motion.

THE PARTIES ARE ADVISED THAT IF THEY SUBMIT ON THIS TENTATIVE, IT WILL BECOME THE ORDER OF THE COURT.

IF THE PARTIES DO NOT STIPULATE TO THIS TENTATIVE, THEY SHOULD ARRANGE FOR COURT CALL TO MAKE ARGUMENTS.

IF THE PARTIES ARE UNWILLING TO APPEAR BY COURT-CALL, THE COURT WILL CONTINUE THE MOTION TO A DATE TO BE DETERMINED.

APPLYING PARTY IS ORDERED TO GIVE NOTICE OF THIS RULING.
