On May 15, 2018, Plaintiff filed the operative Complaint alleging causes of action for (1) fraud, (2) breach of fiduciary duty, (3) negligence, (4) fraud, (5) breach of fiduciary duty, (6) professional negligence, (7) civil conspiracy to defraud, (8) professional negligence, (9) professional negligence, (10) negligence, and (11) negligence.
Defendant Angela Wallace moves to quash service of summons. Defendant argues the summons does not comply with Code Civ. Proc. § 412.30 and that she was served at an address at which she does not resid
