On May 8, 2018 Plaintiff Sumer Campa (“Plaintiff”) filed the original complaint against Defendants SLV Investment Company, LLC (“SLV”), Fortune Escrow Inc. (“Fortune”), and Sandra Valentine (“Valentine”) (collectively, “Defendants”) asserting causes of action for (1) Private Attorney General Act (“PAGA”) (Lab. Code §§ 2698, et seq.); (2) failure to pay wages; (3) failure to produce payroll and personnel files; and (4) violation of the Unfair Competition Law.
